Most files are available by three methods. The file name link downloads files from the server you are currently on using the HTTP protocol. The HTTP and FTP links following the file name will retrieve the file from the master Trenco archive using the HTTP or FTP protocols, respectively.
AboutTime performs different types of calculations involving dates and times: Day of week, number of days/weeks/months/years between two dates, number of minutes/hours between two times, and unit conversions. Converts between Gregorian and Julian calendar year systems. It can change the current system time for your computer to any date or time you choose and can input dates from ADB or ASP files and output them to any desktop file. Requires TimeOut. AmperMacros are an extended set of commands for developing Ultramacro macros and task files. It allows the developer to go beyond the command set built into UltraMacros, while giving the developer extended tools for control of operations, "housekeeping" functions, and init files. This program compares two DB files A and B, which can have the same name, and displays mismatch categories six at a time. Requires UltraMacros and AppleWorks 5.

DiskTools is a suite of TimeOut accessories for AppleWorks 3 or later. Included are Volume backup (for backing up a disk or a hard drive), File Backup (for making incremental backups of new files), Compare (compare two files to see if they're the same), and Wherzit (find a file anywhere on a disk or hard drive.). Written by Doug Gum and published by Office Productivity Software, these utilities have been released as freeware by the author. This is a grammar checker for Appleworks 3.0 which makes use of Ultramacros 3.1. It was posted to csa2 by George Zamroz on 21 August 1990 as an update to one apparently posted a few months prior. Originally written by Cliff Nation, updated by Will Nelken and George Zamroz.

TimeOut Shrinkit allows you to work with and create Shrinkit files from within AppleWorks. TO.Shrinkit (ver 4 and 5) and TO.Archive will perform shrinkit operations to and from disk the disk. TO.ShrinkDesk, Shrink2Desk, and Shrink<->desk will unshrink a disk file and place it directly on your AW desktop, or reverse the process: from the desktop directly to a shrinkit file on disk. Please note that the desktop versions will work slower than the disk to disk operations due to memory usage. Versions are included for AW 3, 4 and 5. Written by Doug Gum.
